Observations on the Philosophy of Kung Fu To'a, Mirzaii Style

Life begins with thought and ends when one stops thinking. You think, therefore you are alive. Life must not be without aim or purposes. Our goal here is to build a world of positive thought and movement. We have no right to be lazy; we have no right to stop thinking.

This world belongs to all people, those who are in it now, and those who will arrive in the future. We must take care of the world and make it a better place everyday. We must build and improve, not destroy. Our strength comes from working together. To achieve, we have to work hard. Our will has no limits. Our will never ends. In Kung Fu TO'A, we do not tolerate selfishness, or cruelty. Aggression has no place in this style. We think of all people as one big family. Our society realizes no borders of any kind. That is why we wear black. Black represents all colors as one. Therefore, regardless of age, sex, religion, or nationality you are always welcome to join the Kung Fu TO'A family. Black also represents the sadness felt for the thoughtless destruction occuring in our world. We wish to fight poverty, whether it be cultural or economic. We wish to fight hunger and disease. We don't agree with conditions being forced on anyone at any time, in Kung Fu TO'A nobody is forced to do anything. We do things by our own will, however, we push ourselves to do our best.

We come to seek the wisdom of those who have come before us. Once inside, our powers combine to create a wave of energy that must be felt across the universe. Many achievements and much knowledge has been lost through carelessness and poor planning -- art, stories, technological ideas or physical sports can all be lost through lack of communication between people. It is essential to repeat our learning to our future friends. All the knowledge we find must then be passed on to future generations. With Kung Fu TO'A we must preserve this style correctly and appreciate our chance to study a truly unique way of living and training. Kung Fu is not a few hours a week, it is a way of life. We do not change our lives for Kung Fu, but rather blend Kung Fu into our daily existence. The time is now, we must wake up and seek the wisdom of  TO'A.

Kung Fu To'A, using scientific fundamentals as well as physical powers, is of extreme importance to one's spiritual existance and purposeful struggle on the way to self discovery. In the deep meaning of Kung Fu, life is viewed based on movement which enters the soul through the gates of thought. Being a true human and living as a true human might sound very simple to do, but in reality it requires extensive conditioning, which eventually enables us to penetrate the border of wisdom in an extraordinarily dynamic universe Every individual has two important properties: body and soul. On our way to perfect our bodies and souls and maintaining a logical balance between them, we effectively unleash the unlimited powers that remain hidden in all of us. The human body and human spirit contain endless secrets. Even though scientists are constantly studying human behavior, their knowledge amounts to a drop in the ocean of unexplained questions about our existance.

Humanity, the masterpiece of creation, is the most advanced form of life in our galaxy, and every human being represents a page in the book of creation. In the same way that a child grows older and reaches adulthood, the human body and human souls should also reach their ripeness through the evolution of mind and body. When one enters the path of evolution, he or she will leave darkness and ignorance behind and will eventually attain a mature mind with the ability to reach beyond him or herself. Evolution means climbing the mountain of the universe one level at a time, ultimately ascending to the peak of humanity. In Kung Fu we do this by following the stages one after another. These stages are like a chain. You must build your chain on link at a time. Passing these stages will reveal the secrets of mind and body to the students of Kung Fu To'A. They will then have a true and correct direction for both their bodies and their souls. After passing through these stages, Kung Fu Ka will never use their powers to harm others or show off. Instead, they use their strong bodies as a base for their souls. A body should be like a nest for our thoughts. Kung Fu Ka establish a logical balance between their minds and bodies, since they have the correct thoughts keeping them away from addiction, drugs, alcohol and dishonesty. This is how we build our personalities.

This way, we can live as a true human being and teach others to do the same. Our goal in Kung Fu TO'A is discovering the secrets of body and soul. By the way of physical excercise and meditation, we try to reach our best and find out what our possible abilities are. If a person uses these abilities to harm or injure others, she or he will never reach the higher stages. This explains why power in Kung Fu brings peace and not disturbance to the mind. Nowadays people are struggling with famine, poverty and ignorance. In our way you get the opportunity to decide your own future. You have an unlmiited potential that you can use to fight weakness and help to create a huge flow of energy in our existance. Remember time is your friend and your enemy. Keys to peak humanity are: Birth of Thought, Dynamic Zen, Progressive Philosphy, and Breathing.

Energy and Wave Patterns In Kung Fu TO'A - The Human Body In The Universal Magnetic Field - Mind is the master of the body.

The purpose of Kung Fu TO'A is to reach a higher state of energy and balance through a series of mental and physical techniques. Every single motion and emotion that we experience results in a signal that is sent to our brain, that we will then perform, based on our experience and feelings. Kung Fu TO'A has a scientific foundation which moves us away from the drifting of mindless direction, and towards a commanding body and mind in a dynamic way of life. It is our nature to place a priority on things that we feel and receive in our mind and body (brain). After passing stages of Kung Fu we make significant changes to our priorities. We consciously and unconsciously prioritize the constructive and positive signals that we receive.

Reaching this stage means that the person will be able to perform in a more unique and precise direction. The first sign of this progress is performing your techniques spontaneously without the interference of thought. This is the fundamental concept of meditation and concentration during training.

Kung fu is a concept that involves going beyond your physical and mental limits, understanding your body behavior and overcoming obstacles to reach the hidden power within us. The body deforms under the universal gravitational force. We learn how to make a harmony between our body and nature, and finally with the gravity which we have around us. To reach this goal all the stages of Kung fu TO'A are based on specific geometric patterns. These patterns are based on mathematical calculations, human physiology and the energy wave pattern produced by the biomagnetic fields of our body's cells. To maintain our physical integrity the Kung Fu TO'A techniques are based on specific angles and patterns.

Activities of cells and tissues generate electrical fields that can be detected on the surface of human skin. The laws of physics state that any electrical current generates a corresponding magnetic field in the surrounding space. Therefore all the tissues and organs produce specific magnetic pulsations which are known as biomagnetic fields. The human body floats in a sea of magnetic fields and every cell and atom of the body is a small magnetic dynamo.

There are a variety of scientific disciplines upon which our techniques are based. Essentially the human body is made of energy and matter. Energy and matter are interchangeable. Human is energy. Our energy transforms from one kind to another; we feel and live based on the energy in our body and the balance of this energy.

One of the basic concepts of Kung Fu TO'A is to establish the correct interaction between nature and ourselves. The first interaction is between our body and nature. Gravity is a vital force for everyone; but we need to have a way of living that deals with gravity. The constitution of the entire universe is based on this single force and therefore this force effects our body and mind. One of the many interesting concepts that have been used in our techniques is that of Wave and Anti-wave motion. Performing these techniques enables students to establish a perfect balance between the body and nature (earth). This is the reason that every stance and technique are based on a specific angle which circulates energy through our entire body. This is an endless path: to seek all the wisdom for the human, the masterpiece of creation.

  • Eight Principals of Dynamic Performance.

The performance of Kung Fu TO'A techniques is an art which combines mind, body and spirit. I will explain why these techniques will provide a healther mind and body. Every technique requires the application of fundamental principals of TO'A physical training. There are eight principals that we should follow when we perform our techniques. Following these steps will eventually enable students to perform in a more coherent, unified way which we call unification between mind and body.

  1. The concept of technique.
  2. The role of technique in defense and attack.
  3. The starting point, direction, ending point, and angle of body for each technique.
  4. The harmony between arms and legs.
  5. The reaction of technique.
  6. Applying circular motion during performance of techniques.
  7. Power and energy release from the body's energy source.
  8. Breathing and concentration.

The maximum power can be achieved when most of the air has exited from the lungs. This is the reason why we say during our training. Breathing is the source of energy. We are surrounded with a universal form of energy. Every time we breath we enter this unique energy into our body. Once we concentrate and focus on this energy then this energy starts to activate and influence our mind and body in a positive way. Therefore we must focus our attention on this energy when we breathe. The biggest source of energy in the human body is 7.5cm below the navel, close to the fourth vertibra of the spinal cord. Tremendous amounts of energy are stored at this point; we constantly unleash and release energy from this source.

Remember, the human body is essentially energy. Matter and energy are interchangeable.
